Questions, answered straight

The things you're probably wondering.

If your question isn't here, ask us directly — a real person reads every message.

How much does a website cost?

One flat price: $1,500 for your complete website, built by hand. Keeping it online and looked after is $30 a month — available for every website we build. Want to be found on Google? That's a one-time $250 add-on. That's the whole menu — no hidden fees, no surprise bills.

How do payments work?

Half and half. Half up front to begin the work, half when your website is finished and you're happy with it. You never pay in full for something you haven't seen.

How long does a website take?

Most websites are finished in two to four weeks, depending on size and how quickly we get your words and photos. You'll have a clear timeline before we start — and you'll see progress the whole way through.

Do I actually own my website?

Yes — completely. The design, the website itself, your web address, your words and photos. It's all yours. If you ever leave, everything goes with you. Most do-it-yourself website companies can't say that.

What do you need from me?

About an hour of your time up front to talk about your business, plus your logo, photos, and any writing you already have. Missing pieces? We'll help you fill the gaps.

What happens after my website goes online?

We don't disappear. For $30 a month we keep your website online, safe, backed up, and up to date — and when you want a change, you email a real person who already knows your website.

What is SEO, and do I actually need it?

SEO stands for "search engine optimization" — in plain English, it's the work that decides where your business shows up when someone types "plumber near me" or "best restaurant in town" into Google. Google has to pick which businesses to show first, and it picks the ones it understands and trusts.

Done properly, SEO tells Google clearly what you do, where you do it, and why you're the real deal — so when a customer in your area searches for exactly what you sell, they find you instead of your competitor. Those are the best customers there are: they came looking for you, and you didn't pay for an ad to reach them.

One warning: most of what's sold as "SEO" is junk — spam emails promising the top of Google overnight. The real thing is built into your website's foundation and grows over the months, working for you while you sleep. Ours is a one-time $250 setup, and we'll tell you honestly what to expect — no fake promises.

I'm not good with words — can you help with the writing?

Yes. Bring whatever you have — even rough notes — and we'll help write and shape the rest so your website sounds like you on your best day.

Do you work outside the USA and Canada?

Our focus is businesses across the USA and Canada — that's where we know the market, the customers, and what works.

Still have a question?

Ask it on the way in — it takes about a minute and commits you to nothing.
